We're pleased to announce that The South London Business Awards, in association with HSBC, has shortlisted Furntiture Hire UK for the Best New Business Award! We believe this reflects our commitment to customer service, our substantial growth over the past three years, and our innovative approach to business. For example, we were the first furniture hire company to publish all of its prices online, which gave our company a level of transparency not shared by our competitors. We were also the first furniture rental company to allow instant online quotations. In addition, we were also the first company in our industry to publish our customer satisfaction level on a daily basis, whatever the score. This level is independently calculated from automatic customer service questionnaires which are sent to all of our customers. Established in 2008, our business has grown year on year. Throughout this time, we have always been keen to support London charities and community groups. For example, last year we donated over £30,000 of furniture to Action Aid International, and have donated hire furniture to charities such as Crisis at Christmas, and have supported Centrepoint and The Connection at St-Martins.
