An amazing London venue was the recent setting for our 1830mm banquet tables - which nestled among eye catching exhibits featuring real grass, stuffed animals and artworks.
Venues where the grass is greener...
It’s always exciting to see how our furniture hire range is utilised by our clients. As we have such a diverse range of customers we’ve got to see some pretty spectacular venue set ups, which shows the versatility of our range.
Tables for ultra creative venues
Seeing how one product can be used in such a larger number of ways is really eye opening and we recently got to photograph our 1830mm rectangular banqueting tables in a whole new light. Arranged in a light and airy and unbranded London warehouse, the tables formed a centrepiece of a unique and creatively designed venue inspiring us to put together this list of top ways to make your mark on these kinds of premises!
1. Get creative
From the handpainted glass doors and windows, to the stuffed animals and sofas resting on real grass, the design of this venue was wholly unique and creative. Unbranded space provides the perfect canvas where you can let your imagination go wild. There are many companies who can supply all sorts of decorations for any theme.
Whether you want opulent style, utter decadence or something that makes a visual impact - like artworks - it can all be achieved in unbranded locations - just remember… think big! On this occasion our banqueting tables underwent a transformation, dressed with linens and table decorations that really made an impact.
2. Tailor it
Turning white washed walls and bare floorboards into stunning spectacles can create a buzz in your event, but it’s also important to create the right kind of atmosphere for your customers too. Thinking about your theme is essential and it’s important to strike the right balance.
A contemporary gallery opening might suit our ultra chic furniture hire range for example, like our cube seating and high gloss coffee tables. A more corporate occasion that might involve networking and the occasional meeting could benefit from our freestanding screens, poseur tables and high back stools.
3. Nice nibbles
Of course, venue design is very important, but keeping your guests fed and watered is a great idea too! Many people expect to see some kind of snacks during events, and there are many options to get the right nibbles for your occasion.
From canapes, to buffets, to formal sit down meals - there is much to choose from. We have all the hire furniture products you need to serve food smoothly and keep guests comfy, like our banqueting tables and chairs, as well as poseur tables and stools.
4. Ensure comfort
Thinking big really helps when it comes to turning an unbranded space into one that reflects the themes of your event perfectly. Although, remembering those basic elements is a good idea too, from food, to drink and music as well. As your event continues into the day and night, you guests may well appreciate somewhere to relax and soak up the atmosphere.
Don’t forget, that we also have a very stylish range of sofas, including our tub, corbusier and natural fabric models. A product for every venue, our sofas feature cushioning and a contemporary design, and when teamed with our coffee tables you get the perfect chillout space!
